We want you to be fully satisfied with your J Balvin official merchandise; if you are not, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and select collaborative pieces may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
